The orders take 2 days to 1 week to ship depending on availability. If you would like to request that your order be expedited, we will do our best to accomodate your request. We will send your order with Deutsche Post. We have free shipping worldwide. Delivery time also depends on which the delivery country. You will see delivery time for each shipping option in the checkout process. As soon as your order will be sent, you will be e-mailed with the tracking number.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please return it. You may return your order within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the return of the order is at your own expense. As soon as we receive the returned package, we will notify you via e-mail after successful verification of the item and reimburse the amount of the order.
